Join Micaela and WePress for a cold-process soap-making workshop. Create soap from scratch and learn about different recipes, oils, natural additives and colourants. Each participant will take home a some soap.
* Cold-process soap includes mixing oil and lye to start the soaponification process.
Micaela Hart D’Emilio is a curator, artist, and educator. She currently works as the Exhibitions and Programming Coordinator at Gallery Gachet and has also worked in the areas of post-secondary education and arts administration. In her spare time, she makes plant-based bath and beauty products including soaps, salves, and make-up.
