Queering Selfies • Wednesday, Oct 11 at 4 pm

Learn to use a 3d printer + an antique letterpress.
Take selfies.
Carve lino blocks.
Combine 3d printing + letterpress to make semiphotographic images.

Open to queer, questioning, bisexual, lesbian, gay, trans*, nonbinary, gender non-conforming, intersex, asexual, & pansexual youth aged 15-30 .

The workshops will take place every 2nd Wednesday and are totally free. Snacks are provided.
The next one is October 25 from 4 to 7 pm at 88 East Cordova St (Gallery Gachet).
There are at least five more to come in November and December with dates TBA.

These workshops take place on the unceded territories of the xʷməθkwəy̓əm (Musqueam), Skwxwú7mesh (Squamish) and Səl̓ílwətaʔ/ Selilwitulh (Tsleil-Waututh) Nations. This project is supported by a Creative Spark Vancouver grant disbursed by Artstarts in Schools and funded by the City of Vancouver.

These workshop were previously open to youth aged 15 – 25 and are now open to youth up to age 30.
