During a series of workshops led by WePress at Carnegie and Oppenheimer Park, flags were created with artwork commissioned from artist Kwiigay Iiwaans and the artwork made by workshops participants. On September 24th folks from many different cultures and backgrounds carried the flags in solidarity with Indigenous Nations. WePress thanks Veronica Butler and Marlene Jack for their help, and the City of Vancouver and the Vancouver Foundation for their support.
