Block Printmaking and Salmon Prop Decorating Workshop
Saturday, June 23, 2018 from 10 am to 4 pm
at the Oppenheimer Park National Indigenous Peoples Day Celebration

on the occupied territories of the xʷməθkwəy̓əm (Musqueam), Sḵwx̱wú7mesh (Squamish), and səl̓il̓wətaʔł (Tsleil-Waututh) peoples
Open to all. Free.

Powell Street Festival and WePress are very excited to be celebrating National Indigenous Peoples Day at Oppenheimer Park and will be running free block printmaking and cardboard salmon prop decorating workshops in our booth all day. Please join us and draw, carve, and print your own rubber blocks on greeting cards or cardboard salmon props. The salmon props will be part of the Wild Salmon Caravan’s Parade, which starts in Vancouver on Sunday, September 23rd, 2018. Check out their fb page for more info!
